Seth Brooks

Seth Brooks, CPM, currently serves as the Operations Director at Penn Station East Coast Subs since October 2021. Prior to this role, Seth held the position of Area Manager at Five Guys Enterprises from 2020 to 2021 and worked as the District Manager at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation in 2019 to 2020. From 2015 to 2019, Seth was the Area Supervisor for Arby's, overseeing 10 corporate restaurants in North Central Indiana. Seth's educational background includes attendance at Danville Area Community College/Danville Junior College from 2006 to 2008.
