Mike Kafka

Mike graduated from SUNY Alfred State College in Alfred, NY in 2009 with a BS in mechanical engineering technology and a minor in mechanical design. He worked in the gas field and as a technician on a highspeed production line before finding a role as an engineer with Penn Troy. His experiences in these early roles set the stage for his deep and passionate commitment to details, quality, and safety. Mike is constantly pushing the envelope when it comes to product development. He maintains a major focus on developing products that are innovative, effective, and creative. Mike enjoys spending time with his family, building and flying FPV racing drones, and playing guitar and ukulele. He also is a big fan of Liverpool FC and Premier League Football.
