Justin Smart

Justin Smart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public involvement and strategic communications. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Penna Powers since February 2012, Justin has honed expertise in guiding strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Justin was a Project Manager at The Langdon Group and held various positions at the Utah Department of Transportation, including Public Involvement Coordinator and Public Information Technician. Additionally, Justin served as Assistant Deputy for Communications in the Office of the Governor of Utah. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communication from Utah State University.
