Alexis Curtis-Harris

Alexis Curtis-Harris has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to present. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion - Attraction & Communications at Penna since March 2022. Prior to this, they were the Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Penna from January 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Penna, Alexis worked at Reed Professional Services as a Resourcing Manager from January 2013 to May 2014. Alexis also served as a Resourcing Team Leader and Resourcing Consultant at Reed Professional Services from October 2011 to January 2013 and September 2010 to October 2011, respectively. Earlier in their career, they worked at Capita Resourcing as a Resourcing Consultant from May 2009 to September 2010. Alexis began their career at Datatech Analytics, where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant from January 2008 to March 2009 and as a Recruitment Assistant from May 2007 to December 2007.

Alexis Curtis-Harris began their education at Queen Marys College in Basingstoke from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Sport. In 2008, they attended REC Recruitment and Employment Confederation and received a Merit in MREC CertRP. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, they attended Robert Mays and completed their GCSE's. Additionally, Alexis has obtained additional certifications including the FAQ L3 Adult Mental Health: Workplace First Aider Qualification from St John Ambulance in June 2023 and the PRINCE2 Foundation certification in May 2013.
