Julie Towers

Julie Towers has extensive experience in recruitment and advisory roles, currently serving as a Board Member on the Business Board of the Care Leaver Covenant since January 2022 and as a Director in Executive Recruitment at Penna PLC since April 2011. At Penna, Julie specializes in securing talent across sectors and offers a range of recruitment services. Previous positions include Managing Director of Recruitment Solutions and Chief Executive at Tribal Resourcing. Julie also held the role of Board Member on The Guardian's Public Leaders Advisory Board from January to December 2015. Julie's career began at Euro RSCG as Managing Director, and academic credentials include an MBA from Nottingham Trent University following education at Kimberley Comprehensive School.
