Having previously served as a Vice President with Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance Inc., Jason brings over 20 years of experience focused on private financings globally. In addition, throughout his career, he has successfully advised on greater than $3 billion of private and public M&A, divestiture and financing transactions adding to his vast experience. Jason, is a CFA and a graduate of Haskayne School of Business with Bachelor of Commerce.
