Juan Ledezma

Juan Ledezma joined PennantPark in September 2022 and is an Associate. Since joining PennantPark, he has supported the fundraising and investor relations efforts for the Firm.

Before joining PennantPark, Juan was a Senior Analyst in the Performance Reporting Group at H.I.G. Capital from 2019 to 2022. Before that, he worked in the Corporate Finance division at Radiant Credit Union as a Financial Analyst from 2018 to 2019.

Juan holds a BSBA in Finance from The University of Florida.
