Bonnie Wright

Dr. Bonnie Wright joined the Agency in 2009 as Medical Director and chief psychiatrist in our Outpatient Department. After 6 years Dr. Wright resigned as Medical Director and became PMHC’s first psychiatrist for the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) and the Forensic Services Program (FSP) Community Treatment Team, where she’s worked for the past 7 years. In May of 2022, Dr. Wright returned to her former position of Medical Director, but remains the ACT and FSP Psychiatrist. Dr. Wright obtained her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, completed residency at the Institute of Pennsylvania Hospital and worked as a psychiatrist in and around the Philadelphia area until she came to PMHC. She maintains certification with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. As Medical Director, Dr. Wright provides medical oversight of all PMHC programs and of the quality of clinical work performed by the medical staff.
