Sophia Lerch

Sophia’s keen attention to detail and her organizational skills in and out of the office were quickly recognized during her time as a Pennebaker intern and—post-graduating from University of North Texas— landed her a spot on the Account Management team. Sophia spends her days keeping things on track, running smoothly and working to meet client goals and exceed expectations. Sophia is soft-spoken, but always absorbing information and using her thoughtful nature to ask questions and build creative solutions.
