Scott Rarick

Scott Rarick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales management and safety operations. Currently serving as the National Account Manager at Stauffer Glove & Safety since January 2024, Rarick previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Pennex Aluminum Co. from March 2017. Rarick also worked as a Sales Manager for Aluminum Log and Billet Products at Nanshan America from June 2014 to March 2017. Prior to these roles, Rarick was the Director of Safety at Evans Delivery, overseeing a large safety department, and served as Health & Safety Manager at Alcoa, where compliance and culture change were key focuses. Rarick began the career as an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator at Sapa, developing critical health and safety training strategies. An alumnus of Penn State University, Rarick earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
