Beth Kalnajs McAnally MBA has held a variety of financial roles since 1998. Beth began their career as Accounting Manager at IU Health Bloomington Hospital in 1998. Beth then moved to Greene County General Hospital as Controller in 2013. In 2015, they joined Kindred Healthcare as Financial Controller. In 2017, they took on the role of Controller at The Arlington of Naples, and simultaneously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Penney Retirement Community.

Beth Kalnajs McAnally MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University between 2012 and 2014. Beth also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oakland City University, which they obtained between 1987 and 1992.
