Michael Judkins

Michael Judkins has extensive experience in the water distribution and utilities sector, currently serving as Distribution Construction Supervisor at Pennichuck Water since April 2024. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Pennichuck Corp from August 2015 to April 2024 as a construction maintenance coordinator, where responsibilities included preparing and monitoring compliance reports and permit applications. Michael also held the position of utilities technician with the New Hampshire Army National Guard from September 2007 to September 2016. Additional experience includes roles as a water treatment specialist at Hillsborough County Department of Corrections from June 2014 to July 2015 and as a correctional officer. Michael's military background includes serving as a team leader in the United States Army from 2007 to January 2013. Education includes attendance at Plymouth State University from 2009 to 2010 and Southern New Hampshire University from 2017 to 2018, along with a high school diploma from Franklin High School (2000-2004).
