Jennifer Lloyd Jennelly has extensive experience in public administration and project management, currently serving as Special Advisor to the Executive Director, Deputy Chief of Staff, Project Manager & Compliance Officer, and Project Manager at Pennie since October 2019. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as Special Projects Manager at the Pennsylvania Insurance Department from June 2018 to October 2019 and as a Research Assistant at Elizabethtown College from July 2017 to May 2018. Jennifer's early experience includes a role as a Finnegan Foundation Fellow at the Pennsylvania Insurance Department in the summer of 2016. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Public Administration and Policy from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Political Science from Elizabethtown College.
