Matt Kozlowski

Matt Kozlowski has a diverse work experience. Matt currently serves as the Senior Vice President at Pennington & Company, where they lead capital campaigns and feasibility studies. In addition, they supervise a team of campaign consultants focused on inspiring clients and helping them achieve their goals.

Prior to this, Matt worked as a Lead Facilitator at Circle K International, where they facilitated a leadership curriculum for college students. Matt guided them through sessions on leadership, values, conflict, and evaluation, enabling them to create action plans for positive change.

Earlier in their career, Matt held multiple roles at Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity, including Assistant Director of Leadership Development, Leadership Consultant, and Alcohol-Abuse Prevention Educator. Matt also served as a UIFI Facilitator at the National Interfraternity Conference.

Before joining Delta Tau Delta, Matt worked as a Diamond Consultant and Merchandise Liaison at Shane Co.

Overall, Matt has gained extensive experience in leadership development, facilitation, and campaign management throughout their career.

Matt Kozlowski attended Allegheny College from 2000 to 2003. During their time there, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and Communication Arts.
