Jason Mitzel

Jason Mitzel is an experienced law enforcement professional with a significant tenure at the Pennington County Sheriff's Office, where Mitzel has served in various roles since February 2006, currently holding the title of Lieutenant. Prior positions include Sergeant overseeing the Investigations Division and Deputy Sheriff. Additionally, Mitzel worked as a Deputy Sheriff/Investigator for a decade at the same office, preceded by experience as a Correctional Officer and Dispatcher at the Sheridan County Sheriff's Office. Jason Mitzel obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Chadron State College, completing the degree in 2005.
