Rachel Givens

Rachel Givens is an Associate Attorney at Pennington P.A. since January 2020, previously serving as a Law Clerk. Rachel gained valuable experience as a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorneys Office, 2nd Judicial Circuit, and as a Law Clerk at Sniffen & Spellman, P.A. Rachel began professional legal training as an Intern at The Law Firm of Walter M. Northcutt and further developed skills through an internship with Lee County Circuit Judge Jacob Walker III. Academically, Rachel earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Auburn University, where participation in the Women's Cross Country/Track & Field Team was also notable.
