David Niven

David Niven began their work experience in 1983 as an Associate at Allen & Overy. David then moved on to become a Partner at Hawkins Russell Jones from 1987 to 1990. After that, they worked as a Partner at Heffrons from 1990 to 1996. Following their time at Heffrons, they joined Wedlake Saint as a Partner and stayed there until 2011. Since 2011, they have been working at Penningtons Manches LLP as a Partner, where they are involved in commercial dispute resolution, leading Group Actions and the professional negligence practice.

David Niven pursued their education from 1978 to 1981, attending King's College London. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree, specializing in the field of Law.
