Joe Young

Joe Young is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in management accounting. Currently serving as a Management Accountant at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP since October 2022, Joe collaborates on monthly management accounts and prepares insightful commentaries, alongside supporting schedules for profit and loss and balance sheet statements. Prior to this, Joe held the position of Management Accountant at Rediweld Traffic Products from April 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included directing the monthly close process and managing financial statements and time-sensitive reports. Joe's earlier roles include Financial Analyst at William Grant & Sons, Assistant Management Accountant at Trane, and a similar position at Clearwater Technology, where skills in nominal journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis were developed. Joe began a career in finance as an Accounts Assistant Apprentice, gaining foundational experience while pursuing AAT qualifications.
