Natalie Inman has an extensive work history in HR roles. Natalie began their career as a Team Administrator providing administrative support to engineering departments. Natalie then became a PA to the Head of Tax & Director of Internal Audit, managing administrative tasks for the Directors and their departments. Natalie later took on the role of HR Advisor and Global Mobility Coordinator, providing support to Senior Management and overseeing the Global Mobility life-cycle. Natalie also had a role as an HR Advisor at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH, where they provided HR services to the London office and acted as senior cover for the HRBP. Natalie's most recent position was at Penningtons Manches LLP, where they started as an HR Advisor and worked their way up to become the Head of HR Business Support.
