Natalie Inman

Natalie Inman has an extensive work history in HR roles. Natalie began their career as a Team Administrator providing administrative support to engineering departments. Natalie then became a PA to the Head of Tax & Director of Internal Audit, managing administrative tasks for the Directors and their departments. Natalie later took on the role of HR Advisor and Global Mobility Coordinator, providing support to Senior Management and overseeing the Global Mobility life-cycle. Natalie also had a role as an HR Advisor at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH, where they provided HR services to the London office and acted as senior cover for the HRBP. Natalie's most recent position was at Penningtons Manches LLP, where they started as an HR Advisor and worked their way up to become the Head of HR Business Support.

Natalie Inman's education history includes multiple qualifications and certifications spanning from their time at Park House Secondary School to their most recent studies. Natalie completed their high school education, earning various GCSEs, at Park House Secondary School until 1999. Natalie then went on to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Administration through a Foundation Modern Apprenticeship program in 2002-2003. In 2003-2005, they pursued an Executive PA Diploma at Pitman Training Group. Natalie Inman then attended New College, Swindon, in 2006-2007, where they studied A-Level Business Studies. Next, they enrolled at The Open University in 2007-2008 to earn a Certificate in Business Studies. Continuing their education, they completed a Certificate in HR through Flexible Learning in 2009-2010. Finally, Natalie Inman pursued a CIPD Post Graduate Diploma in HRM at the University of Gloucestershire from 2010-2012.
