David Harris

David Harris is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the water services and utility sectors. Currently serving as a Trustee at South West Lakes Trust and Managing Director of Water Services at Pennon Group Plc, Harris has successfully transformed the strategic and operational performance of multiple drinking water businesses. Previous roles include Group Drought and Resilience Director at Water UK and Joint Chair of the Water Supply Strategy Committee, alongside a directorship at Attunga Investments where strategic advisement spanned various industries. As CEO of WaterNSW, Harris led a significant merger and organizational transformation, driving notable enterprise value growth.
