Nigel Fenn MBE has worked as the Head of HR Planning & Performance at Pennon Group Plc since April 2018. Before that, they served as the Organisation & Employee Development Manager at South West Water starting in November 2007.
Nigel Fenn MBE has completed a Cpd course at the University of Exeter and obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Information Technology from Solent University. Nigel also attended Trinity School in Teignmouth.
