Elise Paulsen

Elise Paulsen is an experienced Video Production Manager at Pennoni since February 2018, overseeing video production for a company with over 1,200 employees and delivering strategic solutions for public outreach, training, and marketing. Previously, as a Video and Graphics Specialist at Pennoni, Elise combined design visualization with video editing to showcase civil engineering projects, contributing to over $13 million in project revenues. Additional experience includes roles as a Graphic Designer at Hoboken Grace Community Church, where motion graphics and promotional materials were created, and as a Studio Assistant at Hartshorn Portraiture, preparing marketing materials. Elise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts and Technology as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, where involvement in the award-winning Solar Decathlon project underscored a commitment to sustainable design.
