Elizabeth K. Norton, PE, is an Associate Vice President, Senior Engineer and Division Manager in Civil/Site Design Division. She is responsible for the technical aspects of Civil/Site projects and management of multi-disciplined projects. With more than 20 years of site design experience, her expertise includes site feasibility studies; zoning subdivision and land development projects for institutional, commercial, and industrial clients. She has designed site layout, grading, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water distribution systems, stormwater management facilities, erosion control, construction details, and earthwork analysis. She has completed LEED documentation for the certification of project sites. She represents clients before agencies, boards, and commissions.
