Enerel Munkhzul

Enerel Munkhzul is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and nuclear engineering. Currently serving as MEP Division Manager and Lead Mechanical Engineer at Pennoni since April 2019, Munkhzul oversees the engineering and design of mechanical systems, evaluates HVAC designs for energy performance and environmental impact, and manages multidisciplinary project assignments. Previous roles include Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Holtec International, where expertise in fluid and thermal system designs for small modular reactors was utilized, and Associate FPDC Engineering Operator at NextEra Energy Resources, focusing on optimizing wind turbine operations. Munkhzul holds a Master of Science in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Randolph-Macon College.
