Steven Elias

Steven Elias, P.E. serves as the Associate Vice President and Division Manager for Municipal & Environmental Engineering at Pennoni, where responsibilities include directing municipal and environmental engineering initiatives in Winter Haven and Miami Beach, Florida. With a robust background in engineering, Mr. Elias held the position of V.P. of Engineering at Envisors, LLC, overseeing marketing and technical operations, and previously served as Project Manager at Omega Environmental, specializing in the assessment and remediation of petroleum-contaminated sites. Academic contributions include adjunct professorship at Florida Polytechnic University, teaching courses on engineering project management and smart communities. Mr. Elias holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from Penn State University.
