Todd Morris

Todd Morris has extensive experience in the civil engineering field, currently serving as Vice President at Pennoni since November 2015, where responsibilities include business development, client coordination, staff hiring and retention, and quality assurance. Previously, Todd held the position of Chief Highway Engineer at Benatec Associates, Inc. from August 1998 to September 2001, overseeing proposal development, accounting matters, project monitoring, and supervision of staff in highway design. Prior to that, Todd worked at HNTB from August 1984 to August 1998, rising to Senior Project Manager and leading transportation-related projects while managing scope, budget, and schedule. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 1984.
