Mark Emrick

Mark Emrick is an experienced professional in engineering and operations management, currently serving as the Bar Operations Manager at PennPak Solutions since January 2024, where responsibilities include the startup of a new protein bar manufacturing line and resource planning for co-manufacturing. Previously, Mark held several roles at OraSure Technologies from November 2015 to January 2024, culminating as the Process Improvement Engineering Manager, focusing on manufacturing enhancements for infectious disease lateral flow assays. Prior positions include Process Engineer at Avantor Performance Materials, Product Development Intern, Process Technology Intern, and Materials Technology Intern at Victaulic, where engineering support and research contributed to various manufacturing processes and product developments. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 2013.
