Evan Bopp

Evan Bopp is an Associate Developer at Pennrose since April 2024, following experience as a Credit & Underwriting Analyst at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc., from September 2023 to January 2024, prior to its acquisition by Realty Income. Bopp's professional background includes a role as a Valuation Associate at KPMG US from January 2023 to September 2023, and an Asset Management Internship at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. in the summer of 2022. In early 2022, Bopp served as a Sustainable Real Estate Fellow at 17 Asset Management. Evan Bopp holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where studies were completed from 2018 to 2022, and graduated from Guilderland High School in 2018.
