Michael McCollum is an Associate Developer at Pennrose since February 2022, having previously served as an Assistant Developer. Prior experience includes a role as a Real Estate Development Intern at R+M Development Partners, where responsibilities involved managing multifamily and mixed-use developments in Philadelphia, constructing financial proforma models, and overseeing asset management tasks. Michael also worked as a Leasing & Property Management Assistant at SlateHouse Group Property Management, achieving a high closing rate and developing a tracking system that significantly increased completed leases. Additionally, as a Project Management Intern at Tester Construction Group LLC, duties included assisting with construction project management and research for development acquisitions. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate & Finance from Temple University, earned in 2021, and a High School Diploma from Cherry Hill High School West, obtained in 2017.
