Bryant Powell

Bryant Powell, FMP, CSITMS, serves as the Facilities Director at Pennswood Village since November 2008, after previously holding the position of Assistant Director of Facilities. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Facilities at Toll Brothers from March 2003 to November 2008 and as Building Operations Manager at Prudential Financial from March 1979 to January 2003. Bryant Powell holds a Fellow in Leadership degree from LeadingAge PA and an FMP in Facilities Planning and Management from Villanova University, with additional education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
