Robert is responsible for the outreach and engagement of certified business owners into the Commonwealth supply chain. Mr. Williams represents and leads the Commonwealth’s state-wide agency efforts to engage and provide procurement and technical assistance resources across the Commonwealth to Diverse and Small Business owners located primarily in Gateway Cities and Minority & Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MBE/DBE) communities across the Commonwealth.
Mr. Williams is a former Loan Officer, Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation (MGCC). Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation is a quasi-state agency located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Williams represents his agency efforts to provide lending and financial technical assistance across the Commonwealth; with a particular focus on Gateway Cities and Minority & Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MBE/DBE) in the Commonwealth.
Mr. Williams brings a wealth of experience as a former Business Banker at Santander Bank and Vice- President and Client Manager for the Premier Middle Market segment at Bank of America's Government and Municipal Banking Group. Mr. Williams focused primarily on Growth and New to Company client relationship development, and client retention and acquisition. Mr. Williams manages the delivery of banking and commercial lending advisement services for his valued Minority and Disadvantaged Business Owner(s) Client Group. Mr. Williams provides on-going consultation to help meet all his client’s business and commercial lending needs.
