Carlos Masip

Carlos Masip, MBA, ABR, currently serves as President Elect and a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors®, where the focus is on supporting licensed real estate professionals in the region. Additionally, Carlos holds the position of Vice President at The Mike McCann Team at KW Philly and works as an Associate Broker at Northwest Holdings LLC, a real estate development company that prioritizes affordability and community impact across various markets. Involved with the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® and New Kensington Community Development Corporation, Carlos actively contributes to initiatives aimed at enhancing property rights and community development. As a member of Trades for a Difference, Carlos promotes education and opportunity for under-resourced communities. With a strong background in finance from the U.S. Department of Defense and extensive real estate experience generating over $15 million in sales, Carlos expertly guides both first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors in the Greater Philadelphia market. Carlos earned a Business degree from Penn State University and an MBA in Accounting from La Salle University.
