Debra Kohr Sheppard serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN), a position held since April 2020 after a long tenure beginning in 1993 as Producer/Director. Throughout the years at PCN, Debra advanced through various roles including Sr. Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations. Notably, Debra directed and produced a seven-part television documentary for the PA Governor's School of Excellence in 1994. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and attendance at Susquehanna Township High School.
