Francine Schertzer is a highly experienced media executive currently serving as Sr. Vice President, Politics and Policy at Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN) since August 2024. With a tenure at PCN-TV that began in May 1997, Francine has held multiple leadership roles, including Sr. Vice President & Chief Content Officer and Vice President of Programming. Responsibilities include supervising Public Affairs Producers and producing key programs such as the flagship LIVE Call-in Program, PA Books, and election coverage, in addition to serving as an on-air host. Francine holds a BA in Mass Communications/Writing from Susquehanna University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
