Larry Kaspar

Larry Kaspar is a Senior Producer at Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN), where employment has been held since August 1993. Prior to this role, Larry served as a Producer at WHP-TV 21 from 1984 to 1990. Larry earned a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting and Communications from Penn State University.
