Don Goodlin

Don Goodlin is a highly experienced network engineer with a robust background in telecommunications and information technology. Currently serving as the Senior Network Engineer at Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School, Don oversees the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive voice and data network that supports over 15,000 students. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology at Questeq, Owner/CEO/Principal Engineer at Integrated Voice Services, and Principal Network and Telecom Engineer at Westminster College. Don’s expertise encompasses data security, Voice over IP, cloud networking, and software engineering, with extensive contributions to systems development and compliance across various organizations. Don holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Youngstown State University and a Master of Education in Mathematics from Duquesne University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Youngstown State University.
