Steve M.

Steve M. has extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as the Director of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) since September 2019. Prior to this role, Steve held several leadership positions, including Manager of the Vehicle Inspection Division at PennDOT and Chief of Management Services at the Department of General Services, Bureau of Real Estate. Steve also worked as Division Chief of Facilities Management & Support Services for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, overseeing office space, parking, and courier services for executive offices. Earlier experience includes serving as Section Manager for Budget Monitoring & Facilities Management at the Pennsylvania Office of Administration, where Steve managed a $110+ million annual budget. Steve began a career at PennDOT as Workforce Development Manager. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Commonwealth University-Lock Haven.
