Shayna Varner serves as the Vice President and Chief of Staff at the Pennsylvania Health Care Association since September 2019, where strategic leadership and operational planning are emphasized to enhance the organization's advocacy efforts in long-term care. Previously, Shayna held various leadership roles including Vice President of Strategy and Director of Strategic Communications at U.S. Transactions Corporation, and has presented at significant industry events such as the AHCA/NCAL Annual Convention. With extensive experience in public relations and communications, including roles as Press Secretary for the West Virginia Governor and Senior Account Executive at Bravo Group, Inc., Shayna has consistently driven strategic initiatives that bolster organizational reputation and operational efficiencies. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Harding University.
