J Clint Heckman

J Clint Heckman, CMA, currently serves as the Assistant Tennis Coach at Penn State Harrisburg since August 2023 and has been with PHEAA as the Senior Manager of Treasury Operations and Analytics since August 2005. In this role, J Clint Heckman directs student loan payment counting and final forgiveness operations, while also extracting and transforming data for financial and operational analysis and reporting. Previous positions include Manager of Financial System Risk and Analysis, Manager of Financial Reporting and Investments, and Financial Analyst, focusing on financial controls, reporting, and analysis related to the Department of Education. Prior experience includes working as a Consulting Engineer at Dewberry and an Inspector at Buchart Horn, Inc. J Clint Heckman holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and graduated from Shippensburg High.
