Jimmy Owens has extensive work experience in various organizations. Jimmy began their career in 2007 as the Director of Corporate Giving at the New York Restoration Project, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they gained valuable experience in managing corporate relationships and securing financial support for environmental initiatives.

In 2012, Jimmy joined the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society as the Director of Plant One Million. Jimmy successfully led this project, promoting the planting of one million trees throughout the region. Later that year, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Business Development, where they played a key role in driving the organization's growth and securing new partnerships.

In 2014, Jimmy participated in the Executive Program at Leadership Philadelphia, further enhancing their leadership and management skills.
