Greta Gilbode

Greta Gilbode, MBA, FACHE, currently serves as Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center since October 2022. With extensive experience at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System from April 2010 to October 2022, Greta held roles including Associate Executive Director and Director of Strategy and Business Development. Greta's background includes providing organizational leadership for various clinical departments in PeriOperative Services and leading marketing initiatives in multiple capacities. Educational qualifications include a BA in Communications from Villanova University and an MBA in Health Care Administration from Saint Joseph's University. Prior to their healthcare career, Greta worked in advertising and public relations, contributing to the growth of Howell Partners, LLC and gaining experience in media and client services.
