Joseph Kerwin

Joseph Kerwin is an Infantry Captain in the United States Army National Guard since May 2012, responsible for the morale and training of 160 Soldiers in a Stryker Infantry Company. Since November 2020, Joseph serves as the State Representative for Pennsylvania's 125th Legislative District in the Pennsylvania General Assembly. Previous experience includes roles as Deputy District Attorney in Dauphin County from October 2019 to November 2020, and as a Law Clerk in the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office from May 2017 to May 2019, where responsibilities included complex legal research and conducting court proceedings. Joseph also has experience as a substitute teacher in the Upper Dauphin Area School District. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Penn State University, a Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law, and ongoing studies for a Master of Public Administration at the University of Pennsylvania.
