Michael Heckmann

Michael Heckmann is a Senior Research Analyst for the State Government Committee at the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, a position held since March 2018. Previously, Michael served as a Research Analyst in both the Office of the Speaker and the State Government Committee within the same organization. In addition, Michael completed a summer internship as a Law Clerk at the Superior Court of Pennsylvania in 2015. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Political Economy & Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies from NYU Stern School of Business.
