Prior to joining the PHC team, Julia was Associate Director at ArtWell, where she designed creative youth development programs, supported teaching artists, and cultivated school and OST partnerships.
Julia holds a B.A. from Hampshire College in Studio Art and Youth Development and completed her M.A.T in Art Education at Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Art.
