Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith is an experienced educator with a strong background in mathematics and special education. Currently serving as a High School Mathematics Teacher and Western Region Operations Coordinator at Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School (PALCS) since August 2012, Jeff Smith has successfully grown the western location's staff, led audits for the Pennsylvania Department of Education, and developed criteria for student interventions. Previous roles include serving as Department Chair and Mathematics Department Chair at Achievement House Cyber Charter School, where Jeff Smith contributed to policy reforms and course development. Earlier experience includes teaching various subjects at PALCS, managing senior services at Northern Area Multi Service Center, and increasing sales as General Manager for the Pittsburgh Pirates Clubhouse. Jeff Smith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from PennWest California and a Master's Degree in Special Education from PennWest Edinboro.
