Megan Pfaff

Megan Pfaff has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Teacher, Data & Intervention Specialist, Elementary Academic Coordinator, and Reading Specialist at Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School since August 2008. Responsibilities include developing interactive lessons, researching intervention strategies, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance instructional practices. Prior to this role, Megan taught at St. Monica School from September 2000 to August 2008, where leadership included overseeing the Instructional Support Team and coordinating school-wide initiatives. Megan holds a Master's degree in Literacy and Reading Specialist Certification from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same institution, complemented by a study abroad program at the University of Limerick.
