Allison Meckley

Allison Meckley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Allison most recently worked as the Director of the Executive Office at the Pennsylvania Medical Society starting in January 2022. Before that, they served as the Executive and Governance Assistant at the same company from March 2021 to February 2022. Prior to their role at the Pennsylvania Medical Society, Allison worked at the Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania as a Community Partnerships and Grantwriter from December 2019 to October 2020 and as a Program Director from July 2018 to December 2019. Allison also has experience as an Alumni Relations Coordinator at Leadership York from July 2017 to July 2018, a York Medical Center Manager at Planned Parenthood Keystone from January 2015 to May 2017, and a Director of Professional Development at the REALTORS Association of York and Adams Counties from July 2014 to January 2015. Allison also worked at the YTI Career Institute as the Director of Student Services from September 2012 to July 2014. Prior to that, they held roles at the York County Libraries as a Children's/Teen Services Manager from February 2006 to August 2012, and at Martin Library as a Special Events Manager from February 2006 to December 2008.

Allison Meckley has a strong education background with a focus on organizational behavior and psychology. Allison earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Gettysburg College, graduating in 2005. Allison further pursued their studies and obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University between 2010 and 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Meckley has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In August 2021, they became a Notary Public, certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Furthermore, in May 2021, they completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate program offered by USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to personal and professional growth in various areas of expertise.
