Monica Strickland

Monica Strickland is an intern at Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute since January 2020, where responsibilities include observing group therapy, attending psycho-educational classes, and assisting with patient file organization for audits. Previously, Monica held a position at Red Robin as an ITC since January 2019, focusing on training new team members, providing excellent customer service, and monitoring shift efficiency. Prior experience as an intern at TW Ponessa & Associates involved shadowing TSS, assisting with behavioral interventions, and supporting clients in various settings. Monica holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on Clinical Psychology from Messiah University, obtained in 2020.
