Clare Rose

Clare Rose currently serves as the VP of Specialty Leasing & Partnership Marketing at PREIT, a position held since July 2012, where Clare manages a portfolio exceeding 15 million and leads a team of 11 specialty leasing managers, focusing on strong negotiation and relationship-building to achieve company objectives. Previously, from November 2005 to May 2011, Clare worked in Specialty Leasing at Westfield Valley Fair, ensuring efficient operations through market research, visual merchandising, cost controls, and managing lease agreements while maintaining accurate data entry and adherence to budget guidelines. Clare holds a BA in Fine Art with an emphasis in Education from San Jose State University.
