Jessica Rutkowski

Jessica Rutkowski has been serving as a Marketing Manager and Office Manager at PREIT since May 2017. Prior experience includes work as an Independent Brand Partner at Nerium International. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lycoming College, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2006, and completed secondary education at Mid Valley Secondary Center from 1998 to 2002.
